Refund Policy
Effective: April 8, 2026
1. Campaign Funding
When you fund a campaign on Validue, your payment is processed immediately via Stripe. The funded amount goes into a pool that is distributed to qualified respondents after your campaign completes.
2. Before Your Campaign Goes Live
If your campaign is still in draft or pending status and has not received any responses, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Contact support@validue.com to request a cancellation.
3. After Your Campaign Receives Responses
Once your campaign has received one or more responses, the funding is committed. Respondents have already invested their time, and their payouts are calculated from your budget. Refunds are not available for campaigns that have received responses.
4. Exceptions
We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion in cases where:
- A platform error prevented your campaign from being published or displayed correctly
- All responses to your campaign were disqualified due to fraud or abuse
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error
To request an exception, contact support@validue.com with your campaign details. We will review within 14 business days.
5. Respondent Earnings
Respondent payouts are final once distributed. If your response is disqualified after review, the payout may be reversed. Earnings that have already been cashed out to your bank account are not subject to clawback except in cases of confirmed fraud.
6. Subscription Fees
If Validue offers paid subscription plans, cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
7. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
