Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: April 8, 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the Validue platform. It applies to all users — both campaign creators and respondents. Violating this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, forfeiture of earnings, or permanent ban.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not post or submit content that:
- Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
- Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or incitement to violence
- Includes personally identifiable information about third parties without consent
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploitative
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive redirects
- Impersonates another person or entity
3. Prohibited Behavior — Creators
Campaign creators may not:
- Create campaigns solely to harvest respondent data for purposes outside the platform
- Post misleading campaign descriptions designed to manipulate responses
- Use campaigns to advertise, recruit, or solicit for external services
- Publish duplicate or near-duplicate campaigns to inflate reach
- Attempt to identify or contact respondents outside the platform
4. Prohibited Behavior — Respondents
Respondents may not:
- Submit automated, AI-generated, or copy-pasted responses
- Create multiple accounts to respond to the same campaign more than once
- Collude with other respondents to manipulate quality scores or payouts
- Submit intentionally false, misleading, or low-effort responses to collect payouts
- Use bots, scripts, or browser extensions to manipulate response timing or behavior
5. Anti-Gaming
Validue uses automated systems to detect gaming, fraud, and abuse. This includes analysis of response timing, content similarity, IP patterns, and behavioral signals. Flagged accounts may be reviewed and actioned without prior notice. We reserve the right to withhold or claw back payouts from accounts found to be gaming the system.
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, report it to support@validue.com. We review all reports and take action where warranted. We do not disclose the identity of reporters.
7. Enforcement
Violations may result in one or more of the following actions, at our discretion:
- Warning or content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of pending earnings
- Reporting to law enforcement where required
8. Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
